Conventional Sequence
Typically, in a fully manual picking cycle, the following steps occur.
1) The Operator drives the order-picking vehicle into the aisle.
2) The operator stops at the first location indicated and steps off the vehicle.
3) The operator picks the required number of cases from the location and places them on the vehicle.
4) The operator steps onto the vehicle and drives to the next location and repeats the picking operation.
5) When all of the stops in the aisle are done, the operator drives the vehicle out of the aisle and on to the next aisle.
