Wheels: Load wheel braking

On the C1.5M and C1.5L machines, these machines are fitted with front load wheel braking. this is an electronic electro magnetic proportional braking system, depending on the height of the cabin and the speed of the truck, the machine calculates how aggressive to then apply the brakes. (not available on 1220mm wide chassis)
