Reliability: Electronic Stops

Each time the truck is powered up, the steering unit goes through an auto calibration process.

In a manual mode, the operator can turn the steered wheel to 90 degrees in either direction. There is no physical stop, just a software controlled stop.

When in wire guidance acquisition mode the truck is capable of actually rotating the rear wheel to 105 degrees, this is used to bring the truck into alignment more accurately and quickly.
