Manoeuvrability: Steering
There are two different options available for the steering inputs.
-
MultiTurn
The operator spins a knob on a small steering wheel, this can be finger tip control or the palm of the hand. The speed that the steering wheel is moved relates to the speed of the main wheel turning. -
RTC – Return to Centre
With return to centre, the steering can be rotated to a maximum 60 degrees in either direction, 60 degrees on the steering wheel equals 90 degrees on the main wheel. When the operate lets go of the steering it automatically returns back to the forward position. This is ideal when operating in tight spaces where lock to lock steering is often required to move the machines around.
